Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

OblyssPro (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects information you provide directly when you create an account, enter business data, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any job, customer, or financial data you enter into the platform. We also collect device and usage information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the OblyssPro platform.
To send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, invoice delivery, appointment reminders).
To process subscription payments through Stripe and end-customer payments through Stripe Connect.
To generate AI-powered summaries, contracts, and estimates using Anthropic Claude (your data is not used to train AI models).
To provide AI voice answering through Retell AI (recording and transcription only with consent; off by default).
To sync accounting records with QuickBooks Online at your direction.
To provide field workforce features (location, routing, dispatch) during active work periods.

3. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (“subprocessors”) necessary to operate OblyssPro. Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data consistent with their role and applicable law. See our full subprocessor list for the current list of providers and their purposes.

Direct mail: Lob (when enabled)
Location: Radar.io (technician GPS while clocked in)
Public data: NOAA NWS, FEMA, Open-Meteo

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 60 days (the Reactivation Period). The Account Owner may export data within the first 30 days after cancellation. After the Reactivation Period, data may be deleted from active systems. You may request earlier deletion through account settings or by emailing privacy@oblysspro.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage (bcrypt), and access controls. Financial data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

6. Cookies and Privacy Controls

OblyssPro uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We provide cookie preference controls (accept, reject, manage preferences) for non-essential cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. The Account Owner may export all supported Customer Data through the account settings. Contact us at privacy@oblysspro.com to exercise these rights.

8. Notification Preferences

Each Authorized User may configure personal notification preferences (email and SMS) through the Settings page. Customer-facing communications to the Customer’s end customers are governed by the Customer’s business settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
